When my patients first come to me, they’re exhausted. It’s like tumbling down a never-ending flight of stairs—no pause, no solid ground.

They’ve lost sight of who they are beyond their productivity. Rest feels indulgent. Free time feels non-existent.

Many of the women I work with have spent years in survival mode:

  • Pushing through emotional pain while burying trauma under perfectionism

  • Ignoring your own needs in favor of everyone else’s

  • Feeling like rest or free time is impossible

Maybe you can relate:

  • Saying “no” feels risky…like it could hurt your career or relationships.

  • You struggle to ask for help, even though you crave support.

  • You're staring at a glass of wine and a pile of dishes, wondering how you got here.

  • You’re kind, capable, and admired—but under the surface, you feel alone and overwhelmed.

You deserve more than survival.

You deserve space. Support. Rest.

Therapy offers a place to breathe, be seen, and begin again.

As an LMFT, I help patients untangle the patterns in their relationships, their work, and within themselves that contribute to exhaustion and disconnection. I’ve worked in inpatient psychiatry, school-based counseling, and private practice, and now focus on relational therapy for individuals, couples, and groups.

This work is best for patients who are ready to reflect deeply, engage consistently, and explore patterns that may feel uncomfortable but ultimately transformative.

Whether you’re navigating burnout, relational disconnection, anxiety, or the weight of old stories, therapy can help you feel grounded again. Together, we’ll untangle guilt, reconnect with your values, and create space for the life you want—within yourself and your relationships.
